  • Managing Director

    As former Managing Director for a start-up global executive search firm, Guy led a successful period of growth, developing a supportive infrastructure that grew the business from 6 to 80 consultants over a three-year period. In 2008, he became a founding Director of Stroud Resourcing, an award-winning Healthcare recruitment firm that has developed a foothold within Fertility and remains the parent company. Trading as Fertility Talent, Guy plans to emerge as the leading recruitment firm for Women’s Health and Fertility.

    Guy plays an active role in all recruitment campaigns.

I’m particularly enamoured by how dynamic and innovative the fertility sector is, my appreciation is accentuated by my own personal experience, my Wife and I are blessed to have two children because of fertility treatment.”

    With a background in retail management, in 2001 Joanna moved into recruitment, initially as a head-hunter, becoming an expert in recruiting ‘difficult to fill’ vacancies. In 2006 she moved into the management of single and multi-site Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Solutions that uniquely incorporated headhunting as their core sourcing strategy. Combining these experiences, Joanna developed a unique service proposition and founded Stroud Resourcing, an award-winning Healthcare recruitment firm.

    Joanna supports back-office functions and plays an active role in recruitment campaigns when required.
